"Good enough for a few days stay!"

Couple of options with breakfast available. Decent enough for the day to begin with..

A shutter lift that makes noise all the time as people keep banging it hard. Room on any floor close to the lift will be very noise and breaks your deep sleep.

Location is good. Breakfast has couple of choices. Bed and bathroom are clean. Network is decent - can be improved.

Hot water is an issue in this facility. People who manage don't acknowledge the problem. There is no geyser per room. Probably one large overhead boiler which serves the entire facility. Bathroom would smell at all times from its drainage. Corporation issue and probably nothing to do with facility.
