Beautiful views of the lake from the property and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They even got me Pisang goreng despite my late arrival

The room was really dirty and full of mold. Black mold everywhere in the bathroom and the walls by the door were stripping away due to humidity.

Réservation faite en août pour novembre et non connu du staff de l'hôtel. Ils ont remédier au problème immédiatement ! 😊

Alloggio carino con un bel giardino vista lago. Buona la colazione.

Difficile comunicazione con il personale che non parlano tanto inglese. La camera non era pulitissima. E' posizionata lungo una strada in salita, dove da un'altra casa ogni tanto ti abbaiano due cani che sembrano abbiano fame e ti vogliano assaporare.

Nettoyage à fond non effectuée depuis longtemps. Douches inutisables car sales, sur wc, juste celle du bas, mais pas d’eau chaude . Le sol est sale, pas de protection sur matelas, juste un drap housse. Peu de lumière. Il fait froid (2e couette réclamée pour notre seconde nuit), mal isolé, surtout fenêtres en haut, trou dans le sol côté murs, un cafard est même sorti juste avant notre dernière nuit. Horrible !

Breakfast was very good. Customer service was excellent by the ever smiling staff who were keen to please. Location was excellent, within easy reach of eateries and main attractions and the view was wonderful.

Access to the place is very narrow , only fot for one car
