Die Wohnung ist groß genug

Der Toilettendeckel und das Terrassenmöbel waren defekt, dass der geschirrspüler nicht genutzt werden kann hat der Vermieter im Vorfeld mitgeteilt, ansonsten war es sehr schön ' italienischer Standart eben. Die Einrichtung mit Küchenutensilien war sehr sehr spärlich. Aber wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

No hot water when we arrived, broken toilet seat, furniture on deck was rotted and broken, the entry to the building was cluttered with garbage bags, linen and trip hazards, lighting in the stairwell to the 3rd floor wasn’t working and we had to use a torch at night, but this was nothing compared to the discomfort of the stench of sewer in the bathroom. I have rarely given a negative report on a property, but this was just simply terrible. Rather than fix anything the operator just made excuses. My advice to anyone would be there are far better properties than this. It spoilt our visit.

L’appartement est super bien dans l’idée, avec un toit-terrasse très agréable, un emplacement idéal et un environnement calme. Le potentiel est énorme et on sent que le lieu pourrait être exceptionnel.

Plusieurs éléments pratiques sont vraiment à améliorer : deux éviers ne fonctionnaient pas sur 3, le lave-vaisselle non plus, la table extérieure est cassée, des nids de frelons étaient présents, la porte ne se ferme pas de l'intérieur à clé, les lits manquent de confort réellement ... et la vaisselle est en quantité insuffisante (pas de couteau qui coupe, verres insuffisants ...) Avec quelques réparations et un peu plus d’équipement, ce logement deviendrait vraiment parfait.

I can imagine in the summer the use of the roof terrace would be an extra nice benefit, but not in the fall as we traveled. Location was central, importantly. Enough attention paid to the comfort and peace of the guests. And it was December 1 – the day whet the Christmas decorations went up, so the city was festive, crowded, and spirited! Lower grades are given because some things were not executed on the level this property and location truly deserve.

Some doors could be installed; two beds turned out to be two cots; Generally – Salerno underwhelmed this time.

Great communication with the owner. Fast and cooperative. Roof terrace is awesome as well.

Its just a suggestion. A bit more little things in the kichen /knife, cutting board, glasses/ and bathroom /soap and shampoo/ will be great. Some maintaining of the terrace furniture.

The location was good, many places to eat and beach nearby

The apartment itself is not cozy, very dark and dingy. Furniture is worn, the cheapest bed, cheapest uncomfortable mattress, I felt like a homeless person in a shelter: scratchy, squeaky synthetic bed cover that is also a blanket, flat worn pillow. No closet in the second bedroom, so 4 people were forced to share 1 closet that's in the bigger bedroom, meaning knocking to people's bedroom in order to change. Second bedroom is VERY small, which is not visible on the photos (the bed in blocking half the entrance). I've torn my pants on a nail sticking out of one of the chairs in the kitchen. If you flush the toilet in next 15 min it won't flush again, and the walls and doors are so thin that everyone hear where you are and what you're doing. Impossible to go to the bathroom when someone is sleeping without waking them up. No trash bags provided, no kitchen knife to cut a thing, no tea mugs. The dishwasher was not in a working condition. The shower holder is broken and falls on your head if you're not careful enough. The door doesn't close from inside, we were instructed that it is possible so we've waisted couple of hours trying to close it, then just gave up on this. The manager of this place said that's the first time they hear complains about the door, reading other reviews I can see that it's not true. We were also told that we were causing problems from the beginning (meaning I was frustrated with the door and some broken and damaged furniture). The apartment allows staying with pets but we were blamed for fur when checking out. Management requested additional payment for "violating renting policies", which exactly policies we were not explained, the main issue being cat fur and trash not taken out. Overall I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I recently stayed at the Terrazza Fruscione apartment and can't help but recommend it! Located in the heart of Salerno, this apartment is a true oasis of luxury and comfort. Its central location is ideal for exploring the wonders of the historic center, with numerous attractions and the sea just a few steps away. But the real strong point is undoubtedly the terrace: an enchanting space where you can enjoy moments of relaxation with a spectacular view. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort and beauty in one of the most fascinating cities on the coast!

Place was nice and specious. Access to the kitchen was a nice to have. The terrace up on the roof was great ! Location was quite central as well.

Kitchen was really poorly equipped. There was only a tiny bit of soap and shampoo left which wasn't enough for one person. There was no parking available so had to pay extra for that and walk quite far with all the bags. Oh yeah, and the entrance door would not lock from the inside, making it feel a little insecure.
