Siena Sun Guesthouse Rooms and Breakfast Option

it's a pity that i paid for the service i never received, i was informed that the place was fully booked . i am still waiting for my refund.

i didn't like having booked and paid for the place, only to be informed that the place was fully booked when i was about to check in. and no refund. i would appreciate a refund.

Nothing at all

Everything was absolutely bad... kitchen was flooded with water when we checked in. Place was absolutely below standard, bad bad bad. We got a room without private ablution services. Staff lied rhat the room was the only one vacant. Water was cold in that room even though they claim to have switched on the geyser about an hour prior our enquire about cold water in the curtain less shower in the room. Only for us to find out that there were other vacant rooms which had better services though it was still sub-standard to even a no star guest house. Rooms didn't seem to have been cleaned because we found a peanut half in the bed of the first room and a pentyliner strap in the second room's cupboard.
