Nothing to like The worst place ever

Everything Bed uncomfortable No TV Too much noise

We couldn't even stay a night!!!

The owner's behaviour was horrible

The staff were friendly helpfull and polite. They open up late for arriving and early for leaving. The room was clean and you could smell that it had been cleaned there was a nice smell in the room. The bed sheets was clean and a spare blanket was provided

The parking space is not that convienient. The electric gate and electric fence not working. The widows do not all lock. The room i booked had clothes in the closet.

We booked a room with balcony but they gave us a room with no balcony which had no toilet. We had to use an outside toilet. The shower as well as the toilet were not sparkling clean.

Staff was good Allow u to wash clothes if you are a longer stay like me

Unprofessional hosts Lack of maintenance in facilities Smelly and dirty blankets Crickets in some of the rooms and not attended..,staff told me to get a spray Unstable Wi-Fi

Staff was great! Treated me well and did their best in ensuring that I’m living well. However, their rooms are decaying and some have mold especially in the bathrooms, one of the rooms i occupied smelled of smoke like someone who was there was a chronic smoker and that wasn’t fixed to make sure the next guest doesn’t sleep in a room that smells like ur living with someone who smokes…their extra blankets where also dirty and smelly so that I didn’t like

The owners are not professional, first 2 nights one of the owners came with friends and made noise, second night they were arguing and fighting. And I had come from a 16hr flight needing to rest. Very unprofessional!!! Their prices are not standard and change everytime u extend…they also want u to pay to them directly and not via bookings. com ..they are unreliable since there was a fault with electricity in their guesthouse, they took me and another guest in another apartment which required us to call their number to enter the premises and they wouldn’t answer their calls the whole day and came back later to say they were at church !! Very frustrating and unprofessional! 😡. That inconvenience cost me doing my work and wasting my day doing nothing…

The room was big

The room was not prepared, they didn’t have toilet papers, and towels, the shower had flooded. The employees are scared of their bosses it looks like their bosses do not treat them well. Making the customer service was very bad. They couldn’t prepare breakfast even if we requested for it because we had to request for it in the morning
