Чисто, уютно. Есть возможность раннего заезда за доплату. Трансфер встретил в аэропорту, это очень удобно. В номере удобная большая кровать, отличный кондиционер спас в жару.

В номере не хватает чайника для полного счастья

Very nice room and extremely comfortable bed. Convenient area for an early flight.

The girls who were working on the night I checked in were kind and very helpful. One of them was called Lyazzat, the other I sadly didnt catch the name of. One of the radiators in the room wasnt working, so the administrator came up and fixed it right away. I also asked for an extra duvet and they were able to accommodate me within minutes. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet and warm. Breakfast was a la carte - I was happy with the option I chose (only bread could have been fresher). The gentleman at the bar was very welcoming and helpful. My taxi from and to the airport was arranged with no issues. All in all a very pleasant experience.

A small suggestion for improving the breakfast experience - ladies in the kitchen were very loudly gossiping about people, and it just didn't sound like something guests needed to hear. Maybe it was just because the restaurant room was very quiet and the noise seemed louder than it actually was. Perhaps the door was left open and it was just a one-off thing. But I wanted to mention it in case you think it's worth communicating to the kitchen staff.
