So this is the first time we’ve ever been to Puerto Rico. We stayed at this property for 7 days. Overall it was a good experience. Here’s a couple pro’s & cons since there aren’t many reviews. Cons: • Shower curtain is short so when you shower water splashes on the floor we had to put towels on the floor (Simple solution). • Small ants in the bathroom. No big deal all you have to do is spray their trail with bleach. But they’ll be back the next day. Mostly found in the bathroom. Most likely sugar ants. •Hallway light if you have someone sleeping in the living room (We didn’t) the hallway light can be operated by anyone so if the light is left on the light can be seems through the door since it has coated glass. •If you’re a light sleeper please read. There is noise from people talking when they go inside their apartment or motorcycles that pass by. Simple solution to that is ear plugs which were provided and worked great for me. Pros: • Literally close to everything! A 5min walk to the beach. The street before the beach has a whole strip of restaurants and local things to do. • The place looks nicer on the inside than the outside would lead you to believe. • Had no issues with parking. • The A/C’s are COLD! Amazing sleep guaranteed. • Has all the essentials stove, silverware, plates, towels, wash cloth, and they even have beach chairs for you to borrow if you don’t have your own. • Wifi worked great and they have a smart TV.

The room that I stayed in was not an actual separate room. There was a connecting door between my apt and my neighbors rooming next door, which is very misleading because it was not listed in the description anywhere when booking. As a result, the walls were super thin and I continuously heard every conversation and action (music played, argument, toilet flushing, shower, phone call etc) of my neighbors as if I were in the same room with them. Unfortunately, you don’t have a sense of privacy with the connecting door and thin walls. I had higher hopes for the property with it being in a great location. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property as a place to stay while in San Juan.

There's no remote for the AC, apartment was very hot. Vary poor service any very noisy. There are video machines next to the bedroom. Not a good place to stay.

The property is very good, spacious, towels, beach chairs, the kitchen is equipped, close to the beach and severals restaurants. The only thing that has to change is the shower, the water is very weak.

This property is a total catfish. WiFi does not work they have no one available to bring any additional towels face clothes what they leave for your stat is all you get. Everytime I had an issue they stated they had to discuss with their team which they never called me back to resolve. Don’t book here! Then they had no hot water when we were there stared other guests had Sam’s issue but they never notified anyone else.

It was near everything. But the parking was limited, because people that wasn’t staying there, was parking there. And I had to wait hours before I could park!

There was no TV in the bed room bad internet. The stay was nice
