The only thing which I would like to change is if we could have picked up the house and moved it nearer the shops and restaurants. Not a huge thing but a car/taxi needed to get to them

Great place; the sofa bed is far and away the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on.

It’s tricky getting there at night without a taxi or a car, though a nice stroll into Newry during the day.

We had an issue finding it on Google maps but that seems to be more a website problem than the owners. No hair dryer and a lack of towels would be the only minor criticisms I would have.

I have always stayed with family or at a hotel when visiting Newry. This trip, we opted to stay at The Nest. Accommodation is a new build, absolutely beautiful inside, modern, beautiful decor a home away from home. We had a few nice touches when we arrived, bottles of water, cream, jam, etc. Zero faults with our stay. Hopefully, we will be back in the summer, and we will definitely be staying here (providing there is availability). Thank you to our hosts Sean and Nicola, see you soon 🇮🇪💚

Pleasantly surprised at how big it was. It was clean and airy, just very well decorated to a fresh, modern standard. The host had a little welcome sign with my name which was so cute. There was tea, coffee, milk and butter, jam etc provided, which was a nice touch and cleaning products in bathroom and kitchen too. We stayed one night for wedding but would be great wee stay for a weekend with kids as there was an outside area also. Excellent location for wedding at Killeavy castle. Board games provided for kiddies but we didn't have any with us, but ideal for a wee family.

The train horn (well I think it was a train) early morning scared the s**t out of me but once I realised it didn't bother me that much, went back to sleep. Bed was a bit squeaky on the right side, but once we fell asleep it didn't annoy us but could potentially annoy someone else. Just a thought for owner!
