Sommariamente niente , se non qualche piccola manutenzione come la zanzariera della cucina non perfettamente funzionante ,

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour à Calasetta. Giovanna est très réactive. La ville est parfaite pour des vacances tranquilles, le centre ville, la plage et le port sont accessibles à pied.

La struttura è in ottima posizione ed ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. È dotata di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno confortevole.

Il materasso non è il top...

Very friendly owner, she prepared us welcome drinks. Check-in and check-out easy without complications. Great location for exploring the south of Sardinia.

Second bedroom is on the gallery in a big open room. The whole galery is made from wood, and during the night you can hear every slightes move in the first bedroom below. Also there was a big cockroach in one of the closets, but I think it`s not a cleanliness problem, because the apartment was very clean, I think this is rather a problem of the entire city of Calasetta.

Bel appartamento in posizione comoda al centro e alla spiaggia. l'appartamento è spazioso e con tutto il necessario. purtroppo a fine giugno quando abbiamo soggiornato la lavatrice era guasta e l'aria condizionata sulla camera del soppalco era guasta e assicuro che c'era molto caldo nonostante facessimo andare quella del piano inferiore al massimo. Purtroppo nel breve termine la proprietaria non è riuscita a risolvere il problema ma certamente lo ha fatto per i soggiorni successivi. e' stata molto disponibile con noi.

Die Wohnung konnte durch 3 Klimageräte gut klimatisiert werden.

Küchenausstattung war nicht optimal (z.B. keine Kochlöffel, Topflappen oder Tee-/Kaffeekanne). Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Sie besteht im Prinzip aus einem eigenen Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett für die Erwachsenen sowie ein eigenes Bad. Der Rest der Wohnung (Küche, Tisch, Betten im Obergeschoss) sind quasi eine Wohneinheit. Es war also nicht möglich, die Kinder im Obergeschoss in Bett zu bringen und dann noch unten sich weiter zu unterhalten, ohne dass die Kinder gestört werden.

Ottima posizione vicinissima al centro di calasetta raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti, e in posizione strategica per rqggiungere varie spiagge tra cui la spiaggia di sotto torre raggiungibile a piedi,la casa é accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort, la padrona di casa gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza, ci siamo trovati davvero bene !

Cool, quiet and comfortable appartment, on the edge of a lively town.

There is some contact noise through the floor beams and tiles. Our neighbours were pretty quiet, I'm not sure they felt the same about us. Condensation of the A/C unit drains into a bucket, which hass to be emptied to avoid overflowing onto the balcony (and the neighbours' yard).
