Porto InLapa Apartment II Terrace

Ontzettend fijn ingericht appartement met directe toegang naar de gezellige tuin. Koelkastje, fornuis, broodrooster en koffie apparaat aanwezig. Personeel super vriendelijk! Ontzettend lieve dame die ons heeft ingecheckt en voor ons klaar stond.

Bij onze vroegere aankomst dan gepland geen contact kunnen krijgen met iemand van de accommodatie. Late check in fee die we daardoor moesten betalen is dan jammer. De douche die niet fatsoenlijk doorliep, blijkbaar moest je het dekseltje van de put halen anders loopt de douche over. Bed en kussens oncomfortabel, alles ontzettend zacht en in bed zitten kuilen. Tijdens een lang verblijf van 7 nachten zelf moeten vragen om een tweede paar handdoeken. Het is zó ontzettend gehorig! Niet alleen het pand. Het leek af en toe wel alsof de bovenburen naast ons zaten. De bewoner op de bovenste verdieping heeft honden die om alles blaffen, we werden er continue van wakker. In de tuin naast deze waren werkzaamheden die ontzettend luid waren en zelfs een haan die ons iedere ochtend wakker kukelde. Advies: flesje wijn achterover voor je gaat slapen! ;)

We were met, accommodated, and told all the rules. We shared instructions on where and what to find in the city. The owner is the sweetest person. The room is cozy, there is everything you need for life. Good internet, you can sit in the courtyard to relax (although at the time of our move in, the neighbors opposite had their roof repaired and started construction at 11:00 - but that’s another story, and it doesn’t apply to the apartments. Behind the closed windows - it was quiet). Everything works, the water is warm, the bed is soft, there are dishes. There are 3 glasses and all of different sizes - this is strange :) But everything was fine. And the impression for such a sum is quite pleasant. There was a window above the front door through which light came into the apartment. I taped it up to make it even calmer.

I didn’t like that there was only one knife in the kitchen and it was crooked. We were allocated two garbage bags for a week, without a supply - this is not very convenient. On the TV, Netflix and the browser were not updated → as a result, watching anything was quite stressful. Youtube showed ads every 10 minutes and refused to log in (solution: use a smartphone and Youtube ID to connect from a smartphone). The acoustics in the room are not very good: the floor and doors are fastened, even minimal music after 23:00 disturbs the neighbors. We really didn’t want to spoil their life, so we deeply apologize if we caused any discomfort. But if this review is read by a person who does not sleep after 23:00 → know that in this apartment the TV at a volume of 10/100 is already spoiling karma in front of the neighbors.

- The hole apartment was perfectly clean and very spacious. - Very good attention from the staff.

- Quite noisy. You can hear perfectly everything that is going on around the room. - The bed was not really comfortable, it “sinks” in the middle. - Not as close to the city center as I would have like (around 20 min walking).

Tudo muito limpo, staff muito simpático, boa localização…tudo perfeito!
