The Seven Suites

Large, comfortable rooms with ample storage space. Large, clean bathroom with good shower but little storage. Rooms easily accessible with two working lifts in building. Staff easy to contact if required and met us at the door when we arrived. Approx 20 min walk to Genova Principe (main train station) and easy access to nice restaurants and attractions.

TV not smart TV and no English channels

Wasn’t always water for the kettle and no milk for the instant coffee provided in the lobby area

Elevator. New shower. Location. Room was finely renovated. Shuttle to airport was accurate and convenient.

No receptionist or concierge. Or rather the concierge was a WhatsApp texter. Be prepared to wait to get into the unit.

Clean, big room , looks like new

no normal reception, no information on where you need to ring the bell to have someone come and accommodate you, bad organization, very little information from the staff, room equipment, a kettle or coffee maker was missing in the room it was on the common room , in the bathroom a curtain through which everything can be seem, I asked the parking organization if it was possible to make a reservation, they said yes, and in the end no reservation was made , noise

Spacious and luxurious room that was serviced daily.

Had to make tea/coffee in common area. Would have been better in room. Lots of noise of doors banging and other guests on stairs at night. Genoa old town feels a bit unsafe at night with lots of dark alleys.

Very generous room sizes, lovely staff, can leave luggage if you have a later flight on check-out day. Recommend highly!

No complaints.

Big room and it was clean

No check in staff answering phone until late afternoon. No front desk to ask questions. Shower/water was cold. No hot water my entire stay. Kettle available in communal area only.
