They mentioned a lot of things on the list like oven, water boiler, etc. it was not present.

The breakfast wasn't good uncooked corrosiant. Difficult to take a shower because the floor gets wet. No proper toiletry provided as mentioned in the list. The kitchen wasn't cleaned when I touched the things my hands got sticky. For heating they have an air conditioner which makes sounds and distracts the sleep.

the apartment was spotless with attention to the smallest details. professional staff. central and comfortable area

the area was very convenient for getting around and visiting the city with shops. restaurants all within walking distance

the place is fairly clean. it has a large size kitchen.

The apartment has a strong smell (not sure if it's a gas leak or what else). The apartment layout is rather strange. the living room has only a sofa facing the main door, no TV no wifi. you kind of sit there and can't do nothing. And the wall is paper thin, and can heat neighbors loud music. After we checked in, we found there was no hot water. After communication with the land lady and some wait, her husband showed up and tried to fix the hot water. I have to say the land lady and her husband seem nice people. but not having hot water and making us wait there interrupted our travel plan. After several hours, it's close to 10pm, eventually still no hot water. The land lady offered to move us to her another guesthouse. We would prefer an apartment but it's too late to argue. The guest house B&B faro 17 is another terrible choice. I can hear neighbors every move, coughing, taking shower etc. I couldn't sleep the whole night. The room is very small even though it may look good in the picture. The apartment costs 43euro, the guesthouse costs 29euro (on the day we stayed) but the land lady not mentioned to refund the difference but also said for the price we paid we can't even get the breakfast. Honestly I really don't care for breakfast. all I wanted is to leave the guesthouse. I'm a digital nomad, when I see a good place I usually stay longer and I have met mostly warm hearted landlords in Italy, but sorry the experience was quite disappointing.
