Ashanti Guest House Ubud

We had a wonderful stay! The staff member, Ketut, was incredibly helpful and friendly. When we had trouble with our chargers not fitting the sockets, he immediately brought us two replacements, problem solved in minutes. Ketut also went above and beyond to help me plan a small birthday surprise for my partner. He arranged beautiful flowers and even crafted adorable towel ducks, which really made the moment special. An amazing little place, perfect for two. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Ashanti Guest House for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a sweet gesture and refreshing welcome drinks. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bed linens were new and spotless. The guest house is centrally located in Ubud, making it easy to explore the area. What we appreciated most was the daily room cleaning and the excellent communication—the staff always responded promptly and kindly. We didn’t face any issues during our stay. Highly recommended!

I had such a lovely time during my stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The location was perfect — peaceful, yet close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The room was on the smaller side, so just something to keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

The place was nice, staff really friendly and bed very comfy, bathtub can be a small for taller person but for me it was fine. There are free water and tea available on arrival and also have a menu in case you want to order breakfast, lunch or anything else. They kept my luggage storage for a few hours til my taxi pick me up, I really appreciate that

Even when the room have wardrove to put your clothes there is not space to put your luggage around, close by there is a construction and either were the people from there or some neighbors but I heard a significant noise a few days in a row.

Loved the bathtub and the closeness to town. Also the room was spotless and staff was very nice

The bed was a little hard for me but better than most. A few locals drive past at night or early in the moring to go to the market.

This is a small boutique room, everything is carefully thought out. It is also located on a quiet street that is easy to pop down into central Ubud-town. I loved having a bath one could actually fill up to enjoy! The back-lit mirror a huge bonus and actual good quality wooden hangers with inside lighting for your cupboard space. Aircon was strong and wifi good. I thought maybe some LA style designer had come in for this space but the owner did it! A very friendly family also so the stay was very easy and special. I stayed over 2 weeks. The little touches made the room feel special and there was also a small fridge and meals could be ordered also.

Water in small plastic drinking bottles provided, however, a large refill station would be preferable to most I am sure.

Excellent location, close to the city center but on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic! Everyone working here is incredibly attentive and warm. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return.
