Come sapevamo prima della partenza, il monolocale è situato in un sottoscala senza finestre con un sistema di aerazione, che potrebbe risultare un po' rumoroso se lo si lascia acceso durante la notte (si risolve usando dei tappi). La posizione è comodissima, a due passi dalla metropolitana e comunque nel centro della città, vicino a numerosi servizi; ci si può quindi muovere a piedi con tutta facilità.

Partendo dal presupposto che sapevano di che tipo di alloggio si trattava, le due cose che ci hanno creato un po' di disagio durante il soggiorno sono stati il forte odore di muffa, di cui anche i vestiti sono rimasti impregnati, e la scomodità del letto a scomparsa, che tende a incavarsi nella parte centrale.

Le point vraiment génial de ce bien est la localisation puisqu'il se situe en plein cœur de Lisbonne entre l'Alfama et la Place du Commerce. Le propriétaire était très sympathique.

La ventilation fait beaucoup de bruit, cela était gênant la première nuit mais on s'y habitue. Forte humidité, ce serait bien d'installer un petit déshumidificateur. Il manque certains ustensiles tels qu'une passoire et deux tasses pour le café.

The host was helpful throughout, the location is very good being close to all amenities and public transport

Access to the apartment is either by a short steep road or a longer less steep road. Cobbles on both routes make it difficult for cases with wheels. The apartment itself is functional, it’s very small although everything worked. The fold-down bed was uncomfortable, kitchenette was adequate but there were no cups for coffee. Our main gripe would be the lack of natural light, poor ventilation and damp smell, and noise from other residents when entering the building.

good location but we had to climb up the slope and it was hard with our luggages. and the lock is broke… we could hardly open the door with the key given to us. We were stuck at the door for 10mins trying to open the door with the key:( there were some small insects flying in the flat. we were bitten and it was itchy.

Good walking distance to vary point of interests.

An unpleasant smell in the property.
