The room is clean&satisfying and the location is good too.
However the environment is poor due to the whole night I still smell cigarettes smoke coming from outside window especially through 2nd floor where outside people keep smoking endlessly(my room is at 3rd floor). Due to this I can hardly slept as I'm very sensitive to cigarettes smoke. The pillows are a bit hard/uncomfortable.

Staff are very polite
The location is bad. Back in the room, there's a karaoke room with very loud music, and the highway is right next door, making it very noisy with passing cars.
