This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Croft Lodge by Grandeur Property in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of GBP 150. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, if the property is found to be in need of a deep clean, GBP 100 may be applied. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 08:00. Please note that an additional charge of GBP 50 per hour will apply for unauthorised early check-in and late check-out. A deposit may be required at the property.
