It’s on the 4th floor and there is no lift

I like the surroundings and the location

The host was very helpful, understanding and accommodating. The property is also well equipped, with consistent power supply and a variety of TV channels to chose from.

What is not said about a property is often as important, if not more important than, what is said in advertisements. This was never more true than for Banana studio. Yes, the studio is bijou; yes, generally clean and, yes, well appointed as advertised. And, yes, it is located in the Riverside Aparments development... What is not mentioned (conveniently, or not  - I shall let you be the judge) is that the studio sits in a block which is still under construction, on the fourth floor with no access by lift. Most of the aparments where the studio is located have not been completed yet. This is material information, which is likely to influence a potential guest's decision whether to book the accommodation - and the guest's health and safety and peaceful enjoyment. Full disclosure  and transparency is, and should be, an important tenet of the hospitality industry. For this reason I had to cut my stay short; and for this reason I am giving my stay here a low rating.

Very modern apartment in a great location. Host was very responsive and helpful.

The fact that it's on fourth floor and I had to use the stairs.

Pretty much everything is inside your room, with smart Tv, pressing iron, hot plate even washing machine. It was definitely up to standard

The fact that there is not elevator yet considering the floors you’re going to climb.

It was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly down to the security

There is no lift but the staff was helpful in conveying our luggage upstairs
