Cozy apartment in Tunis downtown

In the center of Tunis

En un edificio avejentado en la zona moderna no te esperas un apartamento tan espacioso, limpio, moderno y decorado con tanto gusto, con aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones y el salón, una cocina enorme equipada bastante bien. A unos diez minutos a pie de la medina, con fácil aparcamiento en la calle, el lugar es ideal para visitar la ciudad y alrededores.

Lo han dicho otros y se lo comenté al dueño, pero el restaurante en frente de una de las habitaciones es un problema por los ruidos. La solución la tiene ya instalada en la otra habitación: una ventana tipo Climalit que selle de verdad y aisle los ruidos del exterior. Por lo demás, el baño tiende a inundarse y era complicado pillar el punto de calor al agua (abrasa o congela).

The apartment is very cosy and has a great location in downtown Tunis. Easy to walk to the medina. Good WiFi.

A bit noisy street.

Really cozy, clean and comfortable place in the Belle Epoque District of Tunis. Hospitable hosts who helped us on every occasion. Walkable distance from the Medina. Well-equiped kitchen. Supermarkets and markets nearby. Super place for longer stays.

The apartment has everything that you need to feel comfortable and have a nice long stay in Tunis. You are in the heart of the city, easily connected to the main street, a little walk to the medina and everything else you may need. It's stylishly decorated, lovely balcony and cozy living room to relax after a long day.

It's an older building but the specific unit has been updated. Everything is newer and you have everything included that you need in a home. I like the balcony.

This unit is near downtown, so there is a little noise from the restaurant across the street. It stays open late each day. It's not terrible if you are looking for a downtown vibe. I was looking for the location, so I didn't mind the noise.

The property was very well organized and clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the flat was perfect for Tunis , being an easy walk to everything you want to see. The street it is on had plenty restaurants etc. The apartment was much bigger than the photos make out and was lovely, easily can accommodate 4 comfortably. Had all the facilities you need, lovely decor etc., the owners were switched on and in good contact, very helpful. Nice couple of balconies to watch the world go by. Tunis is fabulous, very safe and underrated, easy walk to Medina (10 minutes max) and the clock tower 5 minutes, the main stre, 100 metres from the apartment. Definitely will come back I'm Scottish but live in Malta so it's not far.

Nothing
