The WiFi didn’t work in one of the rooms.

Room was spacious, had good hot water and air conditioner.

Booking.com listing shows payment to be made in property and credit card accepted. Midway through the stay, owner asked to be paid via cash. We didn't expect this and had not prepared that much cash in advance. ATM daily withdrawal would even max out. Owner asked us to transfer via PayPal and I ended up paying additional fee for this, since he didn't want this transfer for 'Goods and Services' under PayPal. We found this very unprofessional and made our stay stressful. Had I known, I think we would have booked elsewhere. There was no room cleaning offered despite us staying 6 nights, and we had to ask for more toilet paper and sweep (for sand) on day 4.

We had the most incredible stay at Keta Dreams Surf Retreat Villa in Sri Lanka! What we loved most about Keta Dreams is its unique location. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main road, yet close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It's the perfect balance of peace and convenience. We're especially grateful to Daniel, the owner, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. His warm hospitality, local knowledge, and kind heart made us feel right at home. Whether you're a surfer, a beach lover, or just looking for a relaxing escape, Keta Dreams Surf Retreat Villa has something for everyone. Perfect place. Rooms are spacious and very quiet.

Amazing service , with very friendly and attentive staff. Everything was spotless, clean, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay
