The location of this property is excellent, within a short walk you have access to the beach and the main station

This property is advertised as a 2 bedroom property. During our 8 day stay, we only had use of 1 bedroom. As a family of 4 this ruined our stay. All of this is down to poor management of the properties maintenence. Shortly after we arrived we had an on going recuring water leak through the ceiling light in one of the bedrooms. We reported it to the management company and booking.com. We were told this was an on going problem with the property. And the management company were told it was resolved. It clearly isn't. So to anyone wanting a 2 bedroom property expect use of 1. And to a full refund good luck. We were initially offered only the equivalent cosy of 1 nights stay as a refund. This property should be removed until the full use of the advertised property can be used without issue. On top of this we had an ongoing problem with the washing machine which clearly had some issues with the spin function, we arrived on the Friday and only on the following Wednesday (after repeatedly chasing the agency) was this solved. There is also no balcony or garden to use to let your clothes dry in the sun. In regards to the leaking no one even cared to come and see the ceiling. Our 2 year old had to sleep for over 6 nights in the kitchen in her travel cot which we luckily brought from the UK. You would expect that booking.com would take such a health and safety issue more seriously but clearly on the website you can still book this apartment as if nothing ever happened. You can clearly see from the stain on the ceiling in the second bedroom that is an ongoing problem that has been recuring. Avoid if possible to book this flat unless you like to have a shower in your bedroom with risk of an electrical fire in the middle of the night. Please see pictures attached.

Alex (le propriétaire) et sont équipe sont très professionnel. Il y a eu un souci avec la machine à laver et le dimanche matin le réparateur est intervenu ! Le top ! Il est très à l'écoute, réactif et parle plusieurs langues ce qui est franchement pratique quand on ne parle pas italien couramment. L'appartement est juste parfait. Très bien équipé et si besoin en l'appelant, tout ce règle hyper rapidement. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de la gare, du front de mer, des commerces. La seule complexité qui est récurant en Italie c'est le stationnement du véhicule. Et la aussi, la solution est à 2 pas de l'appart sur un parking tranquille. En toute honnêteté je recommande vivement ce logement, très propre, pratique, sécurite et pas cher. Merci beaucoup Alex ! C'était super ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Habitué à la fibre internet, quand vous êtes plusieurs connectés en wifi c'est un peu lent et finalement ça fonctionne...

Дуже зручне розташування. Дуже уважний господар. Чисто. Зручне ліжко. Досить велика квартира. Перший поверх - є плюси і мінуси.

The location was great, really close walking to the centre. The property was a great size and the kitchen was well equipped which was great.

We had a few unlucky problems with the property but the host did make a great effort to help with fixing them. The property was not cleaned, sheets were missing from the second bed and the air-conditioning didn’t work so well. The wifi doesn’t work in the property either. We still enjoyed our stay but had a few hiccups.

Nice and clean flat, close to the railway station, old town, shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. I would give 8,5.

Noise from the street and corridor, shower doors didn't close properly and water runs on the floor.

Great location, near to restaurants not expensive and Rapallo beaches, Carrefour is open 24h just 5min walk from apartment. Nice and tidy.

Some road works close to the beach

Very good localization, close to the tourist center and the railway station. Shops for shopping and many restaurants nearby.

Old but well maintained

The apartment is renovated, it is nice, it has 3 rooms, separate kitchen. It was very clean and tidy. The location is great because it is only few meters from the sea and there are many shops and restaurants around. Only problem for anyone that stays in the center is parking so think about it and plan accordingly. We found free parking nearby.
