SOLID Surf Camp Hostel Nicaragua

Very nice place, chill and in front of the beach Free yoga classes and plenty of surf tables We really enjoyed our stay

The property is beautiful! So well-kept and relaxing. Its right on the sand in front of one of the surf breaks. And for families, theres a little cute playground on premises

The location was unreal being beachfront and close to all the restaurants. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. For the price we paid this was exceptional. The dorm beds were a little uncomfortable but that was the only downside. The hammock area looking over the beach was superb.

Location, amazing. Staff amazing. Vibes. Epic. Booked for a week stayed for almost a month!! I’ll be back.

Staff is so friendly and helpful at all times. Location is amazing directly at the beach and it's super clean. Stayed for 2 weeks and could stay way longer :) thank you to everyone

I enjoyed everything

A lot of space to chill, many hammocks and the perfect spot to watch the Sunset! Yesner was really lovely, always there for us when we had a question and he even took us to a local school to participate in a volunteering program.

Big open lawn space with shade from palms and hammocks for chilling. Good food and drink recommendations for the village.

It didn't really feel like a "surf camp" in the way the website suggests. Really just a basic hostel with some boards for hire - and not loads of good intermediate boards. I'm sure they can arrange lessons and boat trips etc if you want but you have to know what you want to ask for it, and it was lacking the community feel that decent camps have, possibly due to the fact that the staff when we were there had no interest in surfing. So there was no advice from staff on tides, swell expectations or best time/place to get out which you'd expect. There was also an issue with our booking where it seemed they had overbooked the Aircon room, luckily they did have space in the fan dorm and we just paid a bit less for that.
