Cosy apartment. Walking distance to the most important areas of interest. Quiet neighbourhood. Very nice hosts. Very good synchronisation before the arrival. We kept in contact and they provided all the needed directions.

The bed and couch were amazingly comfortable. There was enough light getting into the flat and it's basically a really lovely place. Also the appliances are all new and work well (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine) and the kitchen has most of the things you need.

The flat is unfortunately badly maintained. In the bathroom there is water damage and thus also mold (see pictures) and the ceiling plaster is constantly raining down on the surfaces below. When we arrived, the place wasn't even cleaned, which was at least fixed by the host a day later. The frying pan in the apartment was unusable. Also one of the chairs is broken (not that it was needed). Unfortunately we even had to wash the rugs (bathroom and kitchen) and the pillows. The flat basically needs a good deep clean (dust in closets), the rugs in both rooms were disgusting and we just put them in the closet. We also washed a lot of dishes and pots, that weren't clean.

There was free parking area. Host was great. The apartment would 've been cosy enough unless it wasn't clean.

It was dirty,I found lots of hairs - on pillows,sheets,table,everywhere. It wasn't clean enough. The sheets itself looked as if they were the same from the previous guests. Host was very helpful, and friendly. Bathroom was stuck and the water didn't drained at all.
