Great host communicated very well.

This was a perfect location for the trip we took. Close to City Museum and the Zoo. Grocery was under five minutes away which was nice as we forgot a couple things. Kitchen was well equipped. Coffee pot I had to google as I couldn't get it to brew in the am but it was my lack of knowledge. It worked how it should. Keurig side needed to stay open in order for it to make a full pot. Filters were readily available and coffee too if you happened to forget your own. Getting in was easy. Checking out was easy. Host responded in a timely manner both times we contacted them. The home was CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Plenty of room for our group of 7. There was a maintenance issue on first day. Third floor AC unit leaked into lower bathroom area. It was handled to expectations. the offer was made to send maintenance and we opted to keep an eye on it and let them know if it got worse. It did not get worse.

The first morning the hall 2nd floor bath was not draining water because stopper would not come up. We notified and said it would be nice if maintenance could fix that issue. We were gone all day. When arriving back to location, it was still stuck. We fixed it ourselves. We did not use the dishwasher as it seemed water was standing in it and I did not want to risk an issue with it. I did not notify host of that issue as we did not notice until check out as we had done dishes from previous day by hand. Even with these few glitches, I would stay here again.

The property itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The location however left me feeling like I needed to be on guard. Overall, it is a lovely place, but the Neiborhood is lacking in feeling secure there. Nothing bad happened while we were there, but I am glad we only stayed one night.
