"Excellent"

Great location and plenty of space. It had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we could find was the lounges a bit low, and the sheets could be a little cleaner.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed.

Bed was a little soft for me, but that is very much a personal preference thing, so can’t really fault them for that.

Beautiful place to stay. Close to everything. Easy walk into town. We were met at airport to get our hire car, then taken to house. Absolutely loved Norfolk island

Couches and pillows need a good wash,clean. Bit smelly

The location was excellent. The house was comfortable and spacious. We had room to get away from each other, but also stay together.

For the price, it should have had credit put onto the phone. The message received after booking was somewhat misleading as it said there was a phone for use, but it didn’t say credit needed to be added or how it could be added. We also couldn’t phone the host as instructions said because there was no credit. $50 credit on the phone should have been complimentary.
