We loved everything the decor, the layout of the apartment, and especially the views from the balconies. The apartment was clean, and the beds felt new with crisp, clean white bedding and pillows. A true gem in the heart of Tbilisi. The owners are lovely and professional.

SCAM

Host refused to accept the booking and offered me to stay in another apartment which wasn't worth I paid. I had to accept his offer since I din't have time to look for another property. Its a non-english speaking country and I was hard for me to book another place in a short span of time ( 1 day). I had booked around 2 months in advance still this is the issue and upon complaining this to Booking.com, the answer that I got it "I am sorry". The host contacted me and informed that the property wasn't available. He offered me another apartment which I had to say YES because I didn't have time to look for another property. And that another property he offered wasn't worth the money that I paid. Added the pictures of other property however in photos it may look average/good but it wasn't. Floor for whole property was going down from back which means not aligned. Floor was down at one end and high on the one end. Its like a slope. No Balcony.

I believe the apartment is new in the market. It's very recently fully renovated with a nice style and good materials. Also, quality of work is above normal standards. I've been living in Georgia over three years and rented various apartments in country, especially in Tbilisi. This is not the cheapest one, but you're getting what you're paying. Location is the best what you can imagine - minus point is traffic noise what can't get avoided in this location. If you're looking a very nice apartment on number one location, then book this one. Second floor corner apartment, balconies on both sides along Shota Rustaveli, next to the Opera. But if you're looking a quiet place in sleepy neighborhood, then search something else. Pictures are relevant.
