Lovely stay here. Warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Room was spacious and the bathroom spotless. Location is great - only five minute walk to centre of Stratford. Lovely breakfast too - fresh fruit, homemade bread… great! Would definitely recommend and return.

"Wonderful experience staying in a beautiful and charming place"

The whole experience was amazing for me.As soon as I arrived, I fell in love with the place.It was cosy, charming, warm and the host Richard was very welcoming.I loved my room and it was beautifully decorated with lots of nice touches like the tea/coffee machine, biscuits etc.I had my own personal bathroom which was immaculate and the shower was great too! Sue, Richard's wife was also friendly and gave me some nice tips on places to visit in Stratford Upon Avon.The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.Everything from my bedroom to the bathroom to the downstairs area was so beautifully presented and thanks to tje wonderful hosts, it was such a personal and lovely experience for me. I would highly recommend it and will definitely go back there:)!!

I got a very warm welcome from Richard & Sue after my long journey from Australia, was given a much needed cup of tea and early check-in. I found everything to be comfortable, clean, cosy and delicious. Great location for walking into Stratford-upon-Avon for theatre, shopping and exploring. Use of the car parking spot was very much appreciated. I'd definitely stay here again if visiting Stratford-upon-Avon and would recommend to friends.

I have nothing negative to say. Travellers with limited mobility might find the stairs a challenge.

Nothing was too much trouble for Sue and Richard - fabulous hosts. Gorgeous location, lovely rooms - especially grateful for the coffee machine and oat milk - so thoughtful! Thank you both - can't wait to come back!
