STOP HERE AND STAY 2 NIGHTS! We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Tsotne‘s Kingdom — a true little kingdom created with an incredible amount of work, love, and dedication. Tsotne is a young Georgian host who started this project with his parents only a few years ago, transforming their former farm into a beautiful and peaceful guesthouse. You can feel everywhere how much effort and heart has been put into the whole place - and he just finished two cottages. Check the pictures! The hospitality was exceptional. Tsotne was very kind, welcoming, and is currently learning English, which made the experience even more personal and authentic. His mother prepared dinner for us, and it was excellent — very tasty and very generous. The breakfast was also delicious and it was plenty… The whole property is quiet, idyllic, and beautifully arranged, with a lovely garden where you can easily spend time relaxing. It is also a great place for small walks, for example to Tmogvi Fortress, or simply to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. If you are on your way to Vardzia and the cave monasteries, you should definitely stop here. In our opinion, it is worth staying at least one night, better even two. Places like this deserve support because they are built with passion, hard work, and genuine hospitality. A clear 10/10 experience. Highly recommended — do not just pass by, stop here, stay overnight, and definitely enjoy the food. Tsotne, to you and your family: all the best and we will be back 100% when we come to Georgia!

Perfetto! Accoglienza ottima e famiglia gentilissima. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo. Meglio di un hotel a 5 stelle. Abbiamo anche cenato da loro. Tutto ottimo e prezzi onesti.

Bardzo miły pan właściciel, dobre jedzonko, pokoje czyste, otoczenie zadbane, widoki na góry i blisko do Wardzia. Miejsce godne polecenia 🙂

Wszystko było ok

Sehr idyllische und absolut ruhoge Lage in einem sehr liebevoll gepflegten Gartengrundstück, sehr freundliche Vermieter (Mehrgenerationenfamilie), einfaches, sauberes Zimmer mit funktionierender Heizung, sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Abendessen und Frühstück. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Höhlenkloster von Vardzia.

Absolut nichts!

Alles!! Sehr gemütlich lage. Unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hause gemachte essen, frisch zubereitet für uns. Einfach da gehen,die Ruhe und eine Flasche Wein genießen!!!
