MTit was excellent
it was home away from home. simply impeccable, you have everything washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, anything you need for a holiday, if I be back In Bari I book again the same apartment.
PLFlat is new and has everything required for staying in. Neighbourhood is quiet, close to conad shop and the crossing to the main part of the city, everything is accessable in 15-20mins by foot. Having private and safe parking place is a big Asset. I would stay there for 2nd time :)
The only minus is the contact with owner/agency - before arrival. We have received info that online registration will be required and some link sent shortly (only after that check in will be possible). We have received link, but there were no any details to add. For the week I've been writing on booking, messaging via e-mail, calling to inform that it is not working, i wanted to know how shall i deliver all required data... Noone answered, it was stresfull. On the day when we have a flight to Bari (3-4 hours before), someone texted me on WhatsApp and arranged check in. All in all, everything went ok, we managed to check in. During check in, we've been told that we will receive some tips and addresses worth to visit - again, no one sent them. I would say that agency/owner should work on customer contact. Finally everything was alright, but such behaviour is stressful for guests and rather not professional.
