Everything was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and professional.

I found the very modern touch quite complicated - like the buttons for "make the room" and "do not disturb". Also using the TV was quite an intellectual test. What was most awkward, was the different service providers inside the hotel. Some of the ordered foods and drinks came form separate contractors, and as a guest I was not at interested who provided what. Also, the meals were too complicated to my liking, even though the quality was obviously quite high.

I always love pet friendly establishments. The staff are kind and takes care of a resident dog and her puppies.

I was just a but scared bec on the note it says “staff is not responsible if items were lost or stolen.” We didn’t lose anything but its quite alarming to us.
