Friendly staff and clean environment. Also it has nice rooms

The room did not have amenities like shampoo,body soap nor lotion and the breakfast was very simple not worth the price

Ha ide tudtam volna jönni mint a foglalásom szolt a szoba és higénia tetszett meg !

Teljes mértékben elfogadhatatlannak tartom a történteket. A foglalásom előtti este kaptam egy egyszerű e-mailt arról, hogy a szállás csőtörés miatt nem elérhető, és emiatt automatikusan áthelyeznek egy másik szállásra. Az új szállás színvonala és szolgáltatásai messze elmaradtak amit itt foglalltam le … Mindezt csak e-mailben közölni, bármiféle telefonos egyeztetés vagy alternatív megoldás felajánlása nélkül számomra teljesen elfogadhatatlan, és súlyosan rontja a vendégbizalmat.
