Other guests left the main door to the street unlocked. The lock box was left on security number so the main door key was accessible to anyone, guests or no guests as it was on a retractable wire left permanently in lock box. A main door key should be added to room key. No TV

Property in good condition and clean. Messages from host clear and on time and friendly although with this type of property no face to face contact. It was good to get this at short notice as we had changed plans and there was not much accommodation available in the city at reasonable prices

We had asked about bicycle storage and were advised to take them to room However room was in basement and could not get bikes down narrow stairs We managed to leave them in a couple of locations in hall area. Although room and rest of property clean it is a pity that light fittings and smoke alarm are yellowed and dirty A small point
