The beach and closeness of a restaurant

On the surface the apartment looked clean, such as toilet, wash, bath and kitchen area but the apartment requires a deeper clean as there was thick dust everywhere. The apartment is looking tired, the outside areas (balconies) are showing signs of the humidty with mould etc on the shutters etc. The mains water went off every other day from 2200- 0700 next day. So you had to ensure you had either a bucket of water or big bottles to ensure you could provide a level of toilet flush. On occasions it went off earlier than 2200 on our last day it went off from 1845 to 1400 the next day which caught us out on filling up a bucket. There was at least a weekly power cut for around 1-1.5 hours and more than one cut per day. A hire car is not desirable it is essential if you do not speak french.
