Bright Studio in Shapira

I booked this apartment for the weekend, hoping to relax and cook good food. However, when I checked in, I found that the gas was not working and the TV remote wasn’t working either. I called the owner many times, but I couldn’t get any help. I had bought a lot of groceries to cook, but everything went to waste because there was no gas connection. In the end, my friend brought food for me, which she cooked in her own apartment. In the morning, I noticed that the gas was suddenly working. The owner claimed that the gas connection was fine before I arrived and said that I hadn’t turned it on properly. That’s a very lame excuse, because I even recorded a video while trying to turn on the gas and sent it to him. Despite that, he kept insisting that the gas was working. I tried multiple times to turn it on because I really needed to cook. This whole experience makes me feel like I got scammed. Honestly, I feel like this whole gas issue was part of their strategy, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

The room felt very spacious, and the amenities were great.
