The property is very cute. A-lot can be done to make it exceptional

The shower was mouldy and very dirty walls, there was a cockroach on the ceiling. bedding was not ironed, very disappointing really. however the flat has some beautiful features.

Unreliable smart technology used to enable access to property Air con machine which is in main living area appeared to be old and made no impact on air/ temp in sleeping areas. Needed to find workable batteries for Air-Con Remote. Inaccurate info on Booking.com site re Reception- there is none as registration etc done remotely & using smart technology; Luggage storage only available up to 3pm i.e. when new customers book in; view from balcony’s should be taken as a broad description; no pegs to hang wet clothes; Difficulty in telling when gas hob switches were fully off Limited information about equipment in flat and transport/ local services — if friends didn’t live locally would have found orientation more difficult
