khi đặt trên booking có người trả lời tin nhắn nhanh và nhiệt tình, nhưng khi gặp chủ home thì hoàn toàn khác!

đặt phòng qua booking, có trao đổi qua tin nhắn, rất thân thiện và ko yêu cầu cọc phòng, có báo là nhận phòng trễ, nhưng khi đến nơi thì lật mặt, nói ko báo trc, tới trễ giờ, ko cọc phòng...bla bla rồi ko giữ phòng, báo hết. nói đi chỗ khác đi, đây ko có phòng. nhà có 2 ông bà già sao ko tích đức chut nào,chạy cả ngày đường mệt mỏi tới nơi 8h tối rồi mà bị từ chối nhận phòng, phải đi kiếm phòng khác. cảm giác giống như người trả lời trên booking là người khác, chứ 2 người già này sao bik về công nghệ mà trao đổi trên web???!!! chục năm đi dalat đặt qua booking gặp dụ này lần đầu. kiểu như đặt trc để có giá tốt, nhưng bả cho ng khác thuê lấy giá tết nên ko cần khách. thấy hoạt động cũng lâu năm rồi mà sao tệ vay? phòg chắc gì còn mới, cũng cũ kỹ thôi. lúc đặt đã chọn loại phòng ko cọc trc mà đến thì nói là do ko cọc nên ko có phòng??? đặt trc 10 ngày mà đến thì nói là ko báo trước??? sao vô lý vậy bà già? ko cập nhật dc trên web thì đừng có tham gia lên sàn booking, cứ cho thuê kiểu truyền thống đi?!

The homestay is great. Quinn is great. She helps me with many things (booking bus, tours). Cheap as well. Will recommend this homestay to friends if they visit Dalat.
