BEQuiet but centrally located room, with a personal balcony with an amazing view. Airco, shower, lovely Georgian breakfast. Your host wants to help you all the time. They arranged us a wine tour, with himself as a taxi. Plus we arrived late, so they arranged us a pickup for free to a befriended restaurant nearby, with a retour. Service 10/10. Their English isn't perfect, so be sure there won't be any miscommunication about this price! The price is the time he is your taxi (all afternoon), not the entrance fee of the wine tour. But best of all... He helped is with our dead car battery. Called several friends of him, to try and reanimate our 4x4 car battery. Special thanks to this!

AEThe host is very willing to help. Location is the best -- close to the center, fortress, and park. The balcony can be the sole reason to choose this facility.
I think all guests booking this guesthouse need to know that there is no hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body shower, or refrigerator. The only thing you can find from the bathroom is toilet paper, handwash (most probably just dishwash soap) and towels that are a bit smelly. You can borrow hairdryer and use the fridge from the host's room, but it is just inconvenient, isn't it? The host lives downstairs and you have to actually call out or knock on the door for all that but you don't want to bother. That was the biggest downside for us. Also, thankfully the weather was not very hot but I wanted to turn the AC for a while.. but it did not work. Of course, I maybe should have called out the host but I really did not want to bother. To be fair, the balcony was amazing and I got a plenty of wonderful pics.
UASmall but very cozy guesthouse located in a quite street yet in the center of the town. Amazing view of alazani valley from terrace. Tasty breakfast and very hospitable hosts.
UAThe best place we stayed in Georgia! Very comfortable and quite rooms with a nice terrace and a wiev on Alazani valley. The owner Cisana is very friendly and helpful, she cook delicious homemade breakfast, we liked it:)
PLThe host was very friendly. Room were comfortable and clean. Views from the house are incredible with balcony where you can eat and drink while enjoying views on mountain picks. The host also offered to dine in local restaurant which had great food and hospitality. He also offered the car that would take you to that restaurant if you wish. Also the homemade wine from the guest house owners are very delicious.

GEThe location is amazing! Breathtaking view onto the Caucasus mountains 🌄 Absolutely lovely owners. They also proposed a trip through Kakheti for a reasonable price - this was really nice 👍🏼
The location of the place is misplaced on Google map - recommend to change it to actual. Probably it's only me, but I never felt satiety after breakfast here 😔

GBSuper comfortable room right in the centre of town. Balcony where the delicious and substantial breakfast is served has great views. Owner is a really nice and helpful lady.
