Location was perfect. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to all. Including ferry Great Chinese down the road. Sea view from room 6
Had to fold curtains up at window to allow heat from radiator into the room. Kettle boiling under TV will reduce life of your TV

Easy access via key box, very clean, comfortable bed and everything was in walking distance (Oban's town center, ferry terminal, supermarkets, restaurants)
Our room was rather small and there was only one rail to hang coats, but no other place to hang or put away clothes. Bathroom was adequate but lacked shelves for utensils.
