Pulizia, eleganza degli interni, la villa è molto bella.

Mi aspettavo la presenza di servizi basilari per la cucina (intendo sale, olio, caffè) che per pochi giorni è uno spreco acquistare specie per chi viaggia in aereo e deve rispettare limiti di peso e spazio. Ma resta una valutazione molto positiva nel complesso.

La verdad Toño nos ha gustado. La atención excelente. Y desayuno genial.

Gute Lage Supermarkt gegenüber

Sehr laut. Dusche kaputt. Sehr sehr schlechte und unprofessionelle Betreuung. Am Ende wollte man uns nicht weglassen und hat uns bedroht, weil wir die Reinigungskosten hätten doppelt zahlen sollen. Die schlimmste Erfahrung meines Lebens!

I and my partner loved the kind staff that helped us with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations for the city. Their breakfast was delicious and well worth the price with some local products and lots of pastries. The hotel itself is clean, modern and our room felt spacious. Although we did not cook having a kitchenett is perfect for longer stays. The location offers a retreat from the city which helps reduce noise at night and makes you feel a bit more local. You can technically walk to the city center but are better off taking the bus or taxi.You have a big grocery store 1 min away, some local food options 2-20 min away and even a beach within 25 min walking distance (Vergine Maria) and another one (Mondello) a short bus ride away. It's also close to the viewpoints of Monte Pellegrino. I would recommend staying longer than three days in Palermo and this hotel is a perfect base for doing so.

There is nothing we didn't like really. The pillows were a bit stiff but it was the same all over sicily and not something that really bothers me when on vacation anyway.

Good location, near to the beach and local store, also next to the bus stop. Overall cozy and clean apartment.

We were cooking a lot in the apartment, so for us was important to have all needed equipment. Unfortunately the pan was very used and scratched on the bottom, also we had to buy a notmal chef knife as there was none. Cutting board is also very used and needs to be exchanged. There are no hooks for towels in the shower - please add them :) I also suggest to make the table in the kitchen higher or change the stools to shorter ones, it was very uncomfortable to sit.
