This apartment is a hidden gem. It is just the right size 6 a couple. Tastefully decorated, with everything you need to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Convenient location, near to railway station and centre of La Spezia. Gianna was a very helpful host and had some great suggestions about where to visit, which was greatly appreciated because we were able to visit some other beautiful places as well as Cinque Terre. The coffee machine for those who love coffee is an added bonus with lots of choice for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment.

Aucune luminosité, obligation d’allumer les lumières en permanence et un manque d’équipement (Couteau coupant, épluche légumes, tire bouchon, …)

Great location, very well equipped apartment and lots of personal touches. Plenty for breakfast and a bottle of wine included. Gianna and her sister were very helpful and attentive, we had a great time and a great launching pad for Cinque Terre.

Bed was too hard for our liking, but thats personal preference and everything else was fantastic!

Stayed here for 6 nights with my mom and were so glad that we chose this place! It was quite big, and the color scheme was so calming. The apartment is close to the city center, bus stops (you can easily go to Portovenere or Lerici, shops with tickets are also nearby; tickets for 2 people to/from Lerici/Portovenere cost 10€), and the train station. You can easily go by train to Pisa, Genova, Cinque Terre (I do recommend buying the La Cinque Terre Treno MS Card for the trip to Cinque Terre, you can hop on and off as much as you want or need; and it also includes the bus to Corniglia, if you are in no condition or mood for steps:)). Also nearby: - the laundromat; - supermarkets: Coop, iN's Mercato; Carrefour Express is very convenient, as it works almost till midnight. It was a bit hot on the streets, but the AC did a great job keeping the nice temperature inside. The mattress was comfortable (not too soft and not too hard). Upon arrival, Gianna met us and explained how to use unfamiliar utilities. She was also always available for any questions. Excellent breakfast. Also, the provided prosecco was so delicious! We felt very welcomed and would be glad to stay here again:)
