The pool and the pool area very pleasant. Located very close to the main street with the supermarket and restaurants. It was noisy at night as it’s almost next to the nightclub.

The front door lock was broken on the first day and had to be fixed late at night while I was trying to rest. The kitchen sink was filthy and rusty. No clean and fresh tea towels. The two bathrooms are dirty, especially the showers. The main bathroom had leaks coming off the vanity making a puddle in front of vanity. The shower drain was blocked on day one and fixed by the house keeper the next day. Musky, mouldy smell in both bathrooms. Smelly towels.

If you want to be in the middle of the nightlife in Seminyak, this is an ideal spot with a great value for money.

Maintenance and cleaning of the vila could improve.
