Guest house Gidi

Perfect location in the historical center of Sighnaghi.

The hosts were very nice, and very welcoming! I enjoyed talking to them and playing with the little baby girl. I had a Small room with private bathroom and access to the big terrace, which was awesome and had a great panoramic view. Access to the kitchen of the family was also super nice to make some tea. Located in the end of town very close to the wall in the historic center. Approx 10min walking from the bus station.

I had my own entrance but couldn't lock it from the outside. So I locked it from the inside and walked out through the balcony and family owned store. Balcony door wouldn't lock. I felt it as a safe place to leave it unlocked so that wasn't a big issue.

Location was good and the hosts were friendly

Toilet wasn't working and there was no hot water.

Gidi Guesthouse is amazing! The host family is extremely friendly and accommodating. They give you the best room possible to ensure your stay at Sighnaghi the best possible. The place is very centrally located in the historical zone and within walking distance to everywhere in town. The room is spacious, clean, and quiet. You could see the balcony just outside the room, with excellent views of the valley and hills nearby. Just outstanding!

Nothing really. Be aware that the city is brick and stone ground. So try not to bring large suitcases.

Very nice family guest house with hospitable hosts in old city of Sighnaghi. Room was right after the renovation, clean, cosy and silent. Vano and his wife were very helpful and hospitable. Their family lives in this house for many generations, so it makes the place special. Guest house has also a terrace with a stunning view where it is very nice to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. There is a hotel near guest house but Gidi house gives you not only clean bed, but also a great experience with locals if you want it.

Excellent location which is in the castle. Very friendly and helpful landlord. I can’t complain anything. If I travel here again, I will stay at it.
