The Snug

We had a wonderful stay at The Snug. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a quirky charm with plenty of storage. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect close to the town centre, Plantation Gardens, and shops. Parking was available, and the fully stocked kitchen (with utensils, fridge, freezer, and cooking facilities) made things really convenient. The carpet and furnishings were clean and well looked after, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi. Our host was very prompt and helpful in responding to our questions. Overall, a fantastic place to stay highly recommended!

The location is great, very close to the city center, yet it's quiet and peaceful. There's a busstop right in front of the apartment that will take you straight into the city. The apartment has everything you need. There's space for 4 people in total, as she has 2 beds in the other room now. Charlotte is very responsive through the chat, very helpful if you ever have any questions! Highly recommend staying here if you need a place in Norwich!

Charlotte told us that they fixed the very hot shower knob because of the reviews, but unfortunately we still couldn't get the knob to work and make it colder, so we took very hot showers whilst staying there. Maybe there's a little trick to it to get it to twist. That was truly the only thing that was slightly less comfortable, the apartment is truly one of the nicest I've ever stayed at!

Perfect as a hub when visiting Norwich. Everything you could need has been thought of and a great space for the 3 of us on our break away. Lovely host who very quickly responded to questions and was very helpful. Thank you ☺️

The art work throughout the whole building is awesome. It made for some lovely photos! I absolutely adore the kitchen and bathroom! The bedrooms are adorable! For the price I wasn't expecting too much but our expectations were exceeded! The atmosphere of this place is very warm and inviting. We are incredibly sad to be leaving. We hope to return soon.

Central convenient location and appreciated parking space. We loved the aesthetics and vibe and unique interior decor.

Oven did not close and bin was dirty upon arrival. Also the sofa really requires a deep clean or replacement.

The accomodation is located in a great place to explore the city. Also a good bar just down the road and other eateries nearby. It is in a nice building which is clean and feels safe. For this particular room there are a couple of flights of stairs to go up but fine for us. Well equipped and host gave us an extra hour before checking out.

It was hot when we stayed and being in the upper apartment the rooms were warm so another fan would be good to have available. Easy to find Wifi details would be helpful.

Nice enterieur. Good (quiet) location. Easy check in and out.

I could not use the oven (maybe my fault, could not close its door).

The property has a lot of character and is in a really nice neighbourhood.

One of the single beds isn’t all that comfortable. The shower tray is very slow to drain, makes you nervous of a water leak.

The accommodation was very well decorated and clean. All rooms were of good size and location was great. There was a pub on the corner opposite which provided excellent food so very convenient. Parking was always accessible even if a little tight.

We were a bit concerned that the shower tray would overflow when you took a shower although there is a drain in the floor so I’m sure this has been addressed. Would have liked slightly bigger towels .

The property has private parking, which is very convenient. The keys pickup was smooth. The apartment was cozy and well cleaned on arrival. The living/dining is spacious, for both meals and work, with a well equipped kitchen. The 2 bedrooms are welcoming, and quite comfortable. The furniture is all very nice and unique. The shower is great!

The bathroom door is on a "flying" hinge and leaves at least a 2 inch gap, so privacy is a concern - it also flaps with the wind. The toilet flush is very weak and could be improved. The oven door doesn't seem to shut, so we didn't use it. In very warm days, the flat becomes veeery hot, beware. Nothing major, but some TLC is required
