Cleanliness was a big issue. It was like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned after the last guest and some of the crockery was dirty. There was dust everywhere and the shower seemed permanently set to hot whatever we did. We were told there was a washing machine and there wasnt which we complained about, and were told we would be given instructions to use one in another unit which never materialised. Charlotte was apologetic and offered to clean the bathroom herself but this wasn't convenient as my partner was using the space to work from home. This needs some serious attention. There was a boiler visit scheduled on Monday which we were not told about until the day and it was also not convenient. There were lady birds - dead and alive- everywhere, and a massive wasp! Won't be returning.

GBWe enjoyed the privacy and how self contained the apartment was. The rooms were comfortable with stylish decor and modern facilities that made the stay comfortable. The property is ideally located just outside of Norwich so allowed for a quiet stay that was only a short walk into the City Centre. On sight parking was also a plus.
The whole apartment could have been cleaner and there was clearly an issue with insects, both dead and alive. We had to request the apartment to be cleaned again after our arrival as there was a significant amount of ladybirds around the windows. As well as this, there were numerous cobwebs, spiders and moths in the apartment. The shower was extremely hot and could not be made cooler. Also the bathroom door didn't close properly and provided no privacy.
