"Great place to spend the night and rest"

The host is extremely helpful: providing detailed instructions, ready to answer, polite. The apartment is shiny clean, coffee-tea-plates-all facilities are there. A great indoor parking lot nearby. Mind that there will be no view from the windows, there are other walls all around. The trash cans under the window rarely rattle. The cafe next door hardly interfered. Divide the bad reviews by ten, this is a good place to spend the night in the very center of the city!

Residual trace smell of cigarettes at the entrance to the apartment (not intrusive, however).
