Great location. Mr. Bruno was exceptionally friendly and helpful during our check in.

Bathroom could use a bit of updating. Shower needed a little TLC - broken drain cover (had to remove or the bathroom would flood), paint chipping, tub a bit difficult to use.

Host met us at the door, and showed us the room. Gave us great info on the area and made sure we were comfortable. He let us set the time for breakfast to be delivered, which was perfect to have out on the balcony!

Only one small concern, there were stairs leading up to the shower and they are very slippery if your feet are wet, and there is a sharp corner on the stair, if you are not graceful (like me) you might hit your foot on it. Totally my fault. But a little clear plastic protector on the corner would help.

Problem with the internet

Beautiful room, lovely and clean which every care taken to spoil us with processo and free mini bar. So close to the main square and second entry into Pompeii ruins. Communication and hospitality were brilliant, with staff coming back to the property even after check out so we could collect our bags. Breakfast was brought up to our room at the requested time which was lovely

The shower needed a little attention with a cracked drain cover and slow drain nearly causing water to flood the bathroom. But that’s all!
