Posizione perfetta, tutto raggiungibile a piedi (parcheggio, partenza vaporetto, centro storico, supermercato, ristoranti,...). I proprietari super disponibili con la registrazione targa per poter scaricare le valigie nei pressi della struttura e con l'invio delle informazioni per accedere all'appartamento

Dato che purtroppo spesso le regole di base della buona educazione sono sconosciute, suggerirei di sensibilizzare con un regolamento sul volume di voce/musica da tenere dopo la mezzanotte perchè le pareti sono sottili e agli inquilini dell'appartamento sottostante, della stessa proprietà, abbiamo dovuto chiedere la prima notte di abbassare la voce per poter riposare.

"Very central and cosy"

The location is just perfect, downtown but still quiet. You can even access it with your car. Also the flat is nice and access is very easy, the bed is comfortable

If something then maybe there is not much equipment in the kitchen, if you even need that

Thanks for nice staying, location was great, Chioggia is amazing place, accommodation was nice and clean and great communication with all necessary information we get from host. We enjoyed our holiday and I fully recommend to visit this beautiful place and feel the atmosphere there 😉
