The property is very convenient from KLIA2, the accomodation is cozy and clean.

The host did not send instruction for self check-in and the phone number provided was not the correct one. Lucklilly the guards were very kind and help us trace the host, but all this procedure took more than one hour in the middle of the night. Very stressfull experience

Das einzig positive an dem Aufenthalt, war das freundliche Security Personal, das rund um die Uhr das ganze Areal gewissenhaft überwachte. Auch das zur Verfügung stehende Parkhaus neben dem Appartement war sehr gut und jederzeit überwacht.

Mein kleines Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise dem Foto was von Booking im Angebot gezeigt wird. Ein Bett mit verdeckter Bettwäsche. Eine Jalousie die bei der ersten Benutzug zu Boden fiel. Die Amatur in der Dusche war nicht befestigt. Kein Tisch oder Stuhl im viel zu kleinen Zimmer. Somit keine Möglichkeit an einem Laptop zu arbeiten. Dieses Zimmer als Wohneiheit zu bezeichnen finde ich unverschämt.

Pool was nice

Difficult to understand location when arriving via Grab. No instructions on how to use aircon, wet plates in the cupboard, no basic tea/coffee facilities, below average shower.
