Very good breakfast even hot chocolate would have been appreciated by children

I booked three nights, and the bed was never made in the room: we had to do it by ourselves. And even the towels were not changed when they were wet. That’s quite surprising for a hotel…

Breakfast and the hotel scenery and greenery.

Floors get wet by pool causing fall hazards and door didn't close all the way when exiting room.

The rooms were very big, had a lounge, the place had a nice feel

Considering its near the airport and people stay there to wait for flights, there was nothing around the area to do and uber to get to the nearest shop was expensive. They had nothing open to eat until late at night so you could get lunch and also pool even though indoors was cold. There was nothing to do here you couldn’t even sit down and grab a coffee or drink or food until late at night so we ended up going to the airport 7 hours earlier as we could get food there we booked it so close to the airport so we didn’t have to go to the airport and have to wait around there and to get a late check out was nearly the same price as the room

Friendly, helpful staff in a quality hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Didn't like only being able to stay 3 nights! Hope to stay longer next time around!!
