Please note that, while checking in, guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation. Special requests are subject to availability and may have additional costs. The Health Club facilities, including the indoor pool, sauna, turkish bath and gym, have variable opening hours. Outside these opening hours, these facilities are not accessible. Please note that charges are applicable for use of the Health Club facilities, the hotel can be contacted for more specific details. Please note that only one rate is all inclusive, check the booking condition to make sure you are booking a Room Only, Bed and Breakfast, Half Board or All inclusive basis. All Inclusive Program (April to October) features: - Continental Breakfast Buffet (08:00 - 10:00); - Morning Snacks (11:00 - 12:00); - Buffet Lunch (12:30 - 14:00); - Afternoon Snacks (14:00 - 15:00); - Ice-cream and fruit (15:00 - 17:00); - Buffet Dinner (19:00 - 21:00); - Selection alcoholic and nonalcoholic local beverages (10:00 - 23:00). Restaurant, Bar and Pool Bar opened from April to October. Please note that some of the hotel facilities/services information posted may be subject a surcharge. Please note that guests must notify Smartline Amarilis if they plan to arrive after the day of check-in. The hotel may cancel your reservation if no communication is made until 12:00 of the next day after the expected arrival. This cancellation is not refundable. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in and must belong to one of the room's guests. If none of the guests is the holder of the credit card used to make the reservation, an authorization letter, a copy of the passport or identification of the holder and a copy of the original card, is required at check-in. Please note that guests that require an invoice in nonrefundable reservations, must inform the VAT number, name and address at the time of the reservation using the Special Request box. If this information is not provided, the information cannot be added later. Please inform your bed preference in advance.
