They told us they were fully booked yet we have made a reservation and we had constant communication with the hotel to remind them we were on our way. Mind you we arrived late n we were forced to look for another accommodation overnight.

The location of the hotel is in the city center so the surroundings don't look quite appealing. The hotel itself is very amazing though, when inside. The staff was super helpful and kind. From receptionist to cleaner, EVERYONE was just willing to help and attend to us!!! Also love the fact that the Check out time wasn't too early in the morning.

Struggled a bit with the wifi connectivity from the rooms.
